
Alexey joined NAUFOR in October 2005 from the Center for Capital Market Development where he was Legal Counsel since 1998 and was involved in development of corporate and securities legislation. Alexey also worked on plenty of securities market regulations. In 2005 at CCMD he spearheaded Central depositary project and united financial markets regulator project.
In 2000-2002 he was involved in the development of the Corporate Governance Code, in 2001-2004 Alexey was a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Securities Commission. In 2003-2004 he was a member of the Government's administrative reform expert group.
In 1994-1998 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and International Institute of Legal Based Economy he worked on draft laws "On joint-stock companies", "On limited liability companies", "On investment funds" and numerous regulations of the Federal Securities Commission.
Alexey was born in 1972 and is married with two children. He is a graduate of Ural State Legal Academy.
